More Math Club Members!

Last week we added two more members to our Principal's Math Club!  Congratulations to Jordan and Cooper for learning their addition facts to sums of 18!  I am SO proud of you!!!  You both worked so very hard!  Great job, boys!

Celebration of learning!

Kindergarten and first grade hosted our Celebration of Learning for the 3rd nine weeks.  To showcase all of our hard work this nine weeks, one student was selected from each class to share a piece of his or her work.  Leo represented our class by sharing his "If I Were an Oceanographer..." writing.  Leo did such an awesome job on his story, and an incredible job reading his great work in front of the WHOLE school!  Leo, you did a super job representing our class!   Way to go!  I am SO proud of you!!!!
Awaiting the big moment...

Still patiently waiting...
Taking the stage!

The big moment is here!!!!
Doing a GREAT job!  Reading so loud and clear!

Finished!  Great job, Leo!!!!  When he was done, he told me he wasn't even nervous....just his "heart" was a little nervous! :)

Boosterthon

Our Boosterthon was a HUGE success!  Thank you so much for helping our school raise money through this special event!  The children had a great time getting some fitness while helping our school!  Thank you so much to the parents who showed their support by attending our run!  A special thank you to the Bayon, Tegene, VanSpanje, and Larsen families, for sharing these great photos of our Fun Run!
